About Me
I discovered yoga in 2021, and since then, it has transformed into a beautiful inward journey — a
path of self-connection, awareness, and peace. What started as a curiosity soon became a lifelong
practice of balance between body, mind, and soul.
I am a certified Aerial Yoga Trainer, trained in aerial hammock techniques that combine strength,
flow,
and lightness. I’ve learned how to safely support the body in the air, helping students discover
playfulness and trust in their own movement.
I'm deeply passionate about sharing this journey with others — whether you're a beginner or
returning to your practice. Through yoga, we can rediscover
our natural rhythm, cultivate awareness, and awaken the wisdom that already lives within us.
